Fish soup (for 10 ppl)

Ingredients:

4 kg mixed fish

1.5 kg catfish fillet

4 onions, chopped

1 tomato, chopped

1 paprika, chopped

paprika powder to taste

salt to taste 

Add the onion on hot fat, simmer, then the add the tomato and paprika with generous amount of sweet paprika powder and simmer it further. Add the chopped mixed fish, fill up with water. Cook until it is ready. Strain and purée it to make sure there is no more fishbone in it. Add the catfish fillet and cook it for 10 more minutes. Serve it hot.
